Who we are

Klick Data has worked with digital learning since 1992. We provide training and competence support for organisations across Sweden, with a focus on the responsibilities and everyday needs of the public sector.

Municipalities, government agencies and businesses need more than a static course catalogue. Our offer brings together relevant training content, organisations’ own material and practical tools for planning and following up learning.

Learning that supports everyday work

Our offer combines training content with K3, a platform for planning competence initiatives, assigning learning and following up on activity. The purpose is to bring learning closer to the organisation instead of leaving it in a separate course library.

Clear responsibilities, role-relevant learning and documented follow-up can help reduce fragmented administration and make knowledge gaps easier to address. The organisation still defines its requirements and remains responsible for decisions, local practice and compliance.
